Faceit Matchmaking?

Is there anything yall can do about skill gaps in MM by fixing the algorithm? Its really not fun being level 5 or 6 and getting destroyed by level 9 and 10's. There should be enough people playing that i get placed with people at or around my level and not drastically above or below. Levels should mean something for MM not just be a picture next to your name.
