Must stops in Detroit area?

Hi all,

I'm from Kalamazoo, and planning on heading through the fair city of Detroit Metro/Ann Arbor on a little weekend roadtrip this coming weekend. What are the must-stop breweries? I have HOMES and Witch's Hat on my list so far. There are so many in the area and would like to slim down the list of potentials.

We love good beer, especially sours/weirder rare stuff. I'm a vegetarian (so cool food menu helps) but I'm not super picky about eating cheese pizza etc. Would like to spend a night in AA, and then head around the Thumb and back through Bay City/Frankenmuth, but I am 100% open to suggestions!

I kind of don't want to head downtown/fight for parking/walk. So places with a parking lot are a plus.
