I would like to develop for AD/LDAP for PHP logon scripts but don't have access to ADAM or its successor.

From what I understand ADAM is only for XP and its successor only runs on 2012+. Is there anyway I can script for AD on my Windows 10 machine? WIll ADAM still work on 10? EDIT: Are there other alternatives to ADAM?
