Can Producers Receive Performance Royalties?

Hey guys,

I'm a music producer that Licenses my instrumentals through the internet to vocal artists.

In my agreements, I grant the vocal artist a limited right to perform our song at venues.

Can anyone please tell me:

1. Is it possible to claim Performance Royalties for this?
2. Who's pocket does it come out of?
3. Is the producer entitled to a set percentage of the Royalty (50%, 100%) or does it work otherwise?

I have a broad understanding of Publishing. I've never signed any ownership over and so on - Here I am simply referring to Licensing only.
