A man They Called 'Bridger'

You know who I am. Sergeant Marcus J. Bridger. ODST, Soldier, Hero.

Yeah, what you heard was true. Mostly true. Truth is that isn't everything about me. Here's the REAL me. (So basically I'm fixing some stuff I'm not happy about when I first wrote Bridger. So I'll be deleting the old post in favor of this new one.)

Name: Marcus John Bridger

Age: 51, Born 05/09/2502

Occupation: ODST, Sergeant

Home-world: Tei Tenga, a large, remote moon orbiting the gas giant dubbed "Nui". Tei Tenga, a lush, elegant world with twin suns baking the red soil and great plateaus. At least, it WAS a lush world, but the Covenant glassed the damn place back in 2532.

Notable Features: Dirty blonde hair, vibrant blue eyes, and a confusing skin tone. While his genetics can trace him back to Caucasian roots, exposure to the twin suns and climate on Tei Tenga has caused generational changes among it's inhabitants. While most people see it as a dark red, or even a bad sunburn, it can only be described by native Tei Tengans as, "Twin Skinned."

Bridger lacks his legs. Literally. During the Fall of Tei Tenga, Bridger was confronted by an Elite packing an energy sword. Needless to say, he managed to survive the scuttle due to the help of his squad, but the Elite managed to sever both legs from just above the knees. That didn't stop Bridger. The UNSC hooked him up with some brand new mechanical legs. Now he doesn't need to worry about foot cramps, mainly because he don't got no feet!

Oh what else is needed... Had a family on Reach, obviously lost them during it's fall, he learned of this while stationed on Mars. Enjoys alcohol and flip music, and to an extent, cooking.

Arms: Modified M45D Shotgun, including a mag extension allowing for 12 rounds to be loaded in, like an M90. (It even has the little green glow sights!)

He keeps a gunfighter M6H as a sidearm, just in case he needs it.

His gloves have custom made pseudo-gauntlets, giving his punches some more oomf.

Aaand he wears a modified ODST BDU, kit-bashed from other variants. (Different shoulder pads, hip armor, etc.)

So that's all. I really wanted to fix Bridger, or at least breathe new life into him. Enjoy.
