The back has a plywood floor, otherwise gutted (wish i had a pic), needs new tires and battery per owner.

What do you think? Is this going to be more work than its worth fixing it up as far as the engine goes (interior is going to be a labor of love regardless)? It has been sitting for a couple years, do you think there is a chance this things gunna rot out?

Obviously you can only determine so much from those pics but any advise will go a long way!
