Airplane mode locked on on position

So I have this thing where I cannot find a way to fix my internet. I have a NIC card which I use to connect to the internet, I use xfinity. Well a problem went up where there is no wifi or airplane mode tabs in the settings and I can't seem to find a single way to disable airplane mode or better get wifi to turn back on.
