What happened to promised HashRate?

Bitclub network stated that by the end of February we should see the network hashrate going up to 600 range. Then they did another updated stating they currently have 480 P/H and they should get to 500 P/H by the 1st of March and 620 P/H by the 10th of March. As of now 11th of March, we only have 460 P/H. Earnings are going down 10% every single day. Based on my math, 3500$ package, pays 5$ today. It used to pay 10$ in February. So going off from this calculation by May we will be getting 1$ each day for 3500$ investment. Any thoughts? Am I missing something in my calculation?
