Approach anxiety with girls im already familiar with?

Im in HS and for some fucking reason I have less trouble approaching girls I haven't met before than those that I'm familiar with or are currently talking to. No matter how many times I go and talk to some girl, I'm still nervous the next time as if something has changed, which is ridiculous. How do I get my mind right?
