Quick question on Schedule 3 filing

Last year I was able to import my T5008 individually via the ARC site, but this year I only got the printed summary (which is fine as I had to sum all my different T5008 last year anyways).

I was wondering if it mattered whether I split the commissions or left them in the buys/sells as they are on my sheets. Also does the buy year matter? I have a few stocks I bought both in 2016 and 2017 but sold in 2017. Do I need to keep them as seperate entries or merging everything together is fine too?

For example. If I bought 10k @ $1 with 4.95 commission and sold 10k @ 1.20 with 9.95 commis, is it fine to file the cells as follow :

11990.05 proceeds of disposition 10,004.95 adjusted cost base 0 outlays and expenses
