Micronational Template

I've been interested in micronations for a while now, and have many ideas - so much so that I don't know where to start. I'm not looking for a template per se, but was wondering on what kinds of information or documents etc. are a good place to start or are de facto necessary to establish a micronation. Any help is appreciated, thanks.
