Local dealership sells imported RHD subarus for cheap. What's the catch here?

Why are all these cars so cheap and low mileage? I've been searching for a cheap forester for camping trips. What am I missing here? Are they cheap because they're going to fall apart as soon as you drive them off the lot? Bad parts availability?
