[Semi-urgent] my 2004 Honda Accord car alarm is randomly going off every few minutes??

Every few minutes the car alarm of my 2004 Honda Accord EX goes off. I bought it last July and I've have had this problem once every few months. It just keeps randomly occurring. I've tried researching the problem but there's not any good resources besides some irrelevant forums.

You know how a car honks when you lock it? Mine never does that. I think this may have to do with my problem. The very few times when it does honk after locking it, the alarm will imminently go off. I think it might have something to do with the security system? I'd like to avoid taking the car to a mechanic if possible but I can't have it doing this anymore. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
