Description of problem

I own a really old HP compaq 8510W, it has been dead for a long time now, but i would like to revive it. It basically won't start, no light turning on, no fan spin, nothing... Any idea of how can i find out which part is damaged? Any website where i can get parts/charger for it in europe? P.S: Sorry for my bad english xdThanks!

What I've tried so far to resolve the issue

i tried to start it but it didnt do anything so i opened it to see if there was anything unplugged or too much dust, then i tried to start it up again and... nothing. I tried with an other hp charger in case mine was damaged but i got the same outcome.
