What is the point of calling to complain if you're gonna say DONT WORRY ABOUT IT and hang up on me when I try to fix it?

Guy called for a small order for his corner store.

He just called back a bit angry because I forgot to give him silverware. My fault, 100 percent.

Instead of allowing me to send him silverware or something more, he just says don't worry about it and hangs up

Last week we had a pizza delivered somewhere and the cheese slid off. We weren't allowed to correct the problem. "It's just very dissapointing" why even call if you aren't gonna allow us to fix.
