[Question] How do I find people online to be in my video?

I'm making a video about personality tests, and I'm looking for people willing to take a personality test over Skype. I'm willing to pay people around $3-5 for their participation (the whole skype interview should only take like 10 minutes), but I don't know where to post an ad for this. I've tried craigslist but my ad was deleted.
