tenant served foreclosure lawsuit, "occupant" named as defendant

Background: I rent a condo from a property manager here in Arkansas. Last month, I was made aware that the owner of the unit I rent owed property owner association (POA) dues in excess of $4000, and that I am to pay my rent ($1550/mo) to the POA until that debt is settled.

Last Saturday, I was served a foreclosure complaint. The owner is listed on the complaint, as is "OCCUPANTS of unit."

What is the best course of action? I do not have the means to afford an attorney. Is there a way to be dropped from the lawsuit?
