Need help identifying a beer

I randomly bought a pack of beer from my local liquor store a few months back that was a hazy IPA and had a blue label that looked like the cover of a "Now That's What I Call Music" compilation straight out of 1996. I really enjoyed this beer but can't for the life of me remember what it's called or who makes it. Does my description sound familiar to anyone who can identify it?
