Games for a 7 year old?

Looking for something new to play with my 7 year old sister, she also enjoys the occasional solo single player games as well.

Some of her faviroute games are:

A Hat in Time

Yooka Laylee

Overcooked (co-op)

Cuphead

Minecraft

Rocket League

She also enjoys open world games like Witcher 3 and AC Origins, just riding around on a horse is fun to her.

Mainly PC.

Any suggestions are welcome!
