My new job hasn’t paid me yet, can I take legal action against them?

I have been working at a somewhat small franchise in my state called fusian for 3 weeks now and they didn’t give me my first paycheck. My manager has contacted the hr department and they haven’t replied in a week now. The next payday is this Friday and I’m fairly certain they won’t pay me again. Can I sue them or do anything? Ohio
