National Student Loans Service Centre (NSLSC) Account Locked. Help.

Hello, I dont know if this is the right place but I'll try. I've got my account locked years before too but I called and got it fixed. Fast forward to now, I stupidly locked my account again, called their toll free number but their options seems to be different from before. There are 4 options but no options that match my problem. I tried pressing 0 to get to talk to a human representative but apparently 0 doesn't work. I tried pressing 0 numerous time but I cant get a hold of a human representative and its driving me nuts!! I tried the other number options but its just giving me more number options. What is the right option? I am so confused. Thanks in advance!
