Forwarding calls from work phone to Google Voice

I'm trying to forward calls from my work phone to my personal while also being able to separate which calls are which, so I can know if calls are from work or spam on my personal phone. When I set up call forwarding on the work phone (a Kyocera flip phone) to my personal phone (a Google Pixel 2) all the numbers come in as a regular call to my personal phone. Is there a way to use Google Voice to separate said calls?
