Live Photo watch face issue

I’m having an issue with an animated watch face I made from a Live photo. It works fine for a day or two but then only shows a black screen. When I reboot the watch, it works again — for a day or two. Then back to black.

Has anyone else had an issue like this? Any thoughts on how to fix it? If it helps, the live photo are used to make the watch face is one I took myself that animates just fine on my phone.
