Why I will never buy a single thing from ubisoft

It was an exciting day, waking up to the new outbreak update, but little did I know ubisoft would fuck my wallet and my day. I opened my free outbreak packs and got some good loot so I wanted to open a few more. I made the mistake of purchasing $20 worth of r6 credits. I looked and no credits were added to my account. I checked my bank account and of course ubisoft received their money. I have tried contacting ubisoft everyday via "chat support" which I'm convinced doesn't actually exist. I have had chat tickets open for over 9 hours with no response. I have sent a ticket over email which they would respond to within "48 hours" yet here i am over 144 hours later with zero attempted communication from ubi. Sorry about the rant, but i had to do it somewhere...
