I've got an office, a crate warehouse, an MC but no businesses for it. Should that be my next step?

I know it seems like a stupid question but is buying an MC business my best option at this time? I have $930,000 and was gonna go all or nothing on a Coke lockup after I run a few more crates, and have some extra for the startups.

I've also seen a lot of people like vehicle warehouses, and somebody told me you don't have to pay money to gather vehicles...

So what's my best option for grinding some extra income?
