Equifax and Experian refuse to give annual credit report, ignore letters

Edit: Someone pointed out that its only been 7 business days. I guess I'll keep waiting.

I have never been able to obtain credit reports from Equifax and Experian.

March 1st, I tried again. I went to https://www.annualcreditreport.com and filled out the forms. The website said I would need to print off a form and mail it in with copies of certain identifying information. I included my paystub and my W2 which meets all of the requirements laid out on the website.

No response.

Does r/personalfinance have any suggestion? I'm at a loss of what to do.
