Helm of the Host Rules Question(s)

New here, so forgive any issues there may be with formatting, etc. I have a question about the newly spoiled card Helm of the Host from Dominaria.

Suppose you have a Gideon, Ally of Zendikar and it has used its +1 ability to become a 5/5 Human Soldier Ally creature with indestructible that's still a planeswalker. You equip it with Helm of the Host and enter combat. A few questions:

1. Is the token copy a 5/5 Human Soldier Ally creature with indestructible that's still a planeswalker, that has all of the characteristics of Gideon, Ally of Zendikar?
2. If the token is a planeswalker, does it enter with 0 or 4 loyalty counters?
3. Does the token stop being a creature at the end of your turn?

Bonus question regarding Godo, Bandit Warlord interaction:

4. Does a non-legendary token copy of your commander deal commander damage?
