Masdevallia under t5 tubes?

Hey guys,

I have a terrarium with a 4-tube t5 fixture about 18 inches above the soil. The bulbs are 18" long and 24W each, and the terrarium is in a 24" aquarium tank.

Think this would be too much light for a masdevallia?
