Was anyone else a bit disappointed with the ending?

Overcooked was obviously crafted with care, it shows on the dialogues (rare as they may be), the music, and the overall game design.

So with that in mind, was anyone else disappointed with the ending of the main campaign?

You finish the mission, the monster explodes, credits roll. Not even a dialogue from the Onion King or a few barks from Kevin. You get NOTHING.

And it's not like I was expecting a Starcraft II cinematic but the intro is just so good at setting the tone of the game that this ending felt a bit lackluster.

I'm just looking for opinions. Am I alone on this?
