Thinking of giving up on ST

I have everything done except for the squads. I’ve played about 15 matches and only won 4. Games take so damn long and it’s truly not enjoyable at all. Any advice? One win came from being HC and walking away to let the game go on with the other 2 I’m thinking of just doing that
