Question on speech problems / memory loss?

So I been a user on and off for about I’ll say 4 years with breaks of 3+ months in between uses except the 3 festivals I been to. However this year (2018) I had been dropping for once every month for each trance event that been here.

I been noticing I been thinking what I have to say whenever I talk and slurring my words or incorrect grammar... I’m not sure if this is just a placebo on my part but I wanted to know if anyone experience this? I also have a hard time remembering names for an example a char name from a tv show or celebrities. Like the other day, I was forgetting names like UFC O’Connor and boxer Floyd Mayweather, it literally took me awhile to remember as it actually made me google to find out.

I’m going to take a break and see if I get any better, just wanted to share and if there’s anyone that has experience this.
