Shift cell column based on another cell's value

I want to shift the data in a cell by 'x' columns where 'x' is the value in a cell in the same row. The value ranges from 1-6. So basically I want to 'indent' the value of a cell in a column to the neighboring column if the value is 1 and the sixth column from the original column if the value is 6. Can anyone help with me VBA code or conditional formatting for this please ?
