Settled on an elves variant finally.

Ok folks! So after a few threads here I went and piloted a GB Elves list at a local event. Went 3-2, which isn't bad for having never sleeved up the deck before.

Round 1: 1-2 Loss to U/R TITI Delver / Prowess. We counted 33 removal spells total for his deck, it was a rough slog.

Round 2: 2-0 Slivers, easy wins. Elves did elf things.

Round 3: 1-2 UW Control, I won game 1 easily and punted game 2 which I had lethal on board and he was tapped out. I was medically under the weather and didn't hear him announce that he was making a gideon emblem with Gideon of the trials, and he placed the emblem in a really weird spot so I didn't realize it was on board. So I swung fully at him, he went to zero and drew supreme verdict. Lost game 3 closely, but should have 2-0'd.

Round 4: BW Tokens, 2-0 easily.

Round 5: Storm, 2-1 me, highlight was Cocoing into 2 Shaman of the packs for 19 damage. Whos storming now?

But, I am looking for your GB Elves lists! Share me your lists! I'd love to see what people are running in the flex slots etc to get some ideas. The archetype is amazingly fun and a great break from my normal routine of Jund / Abzan Midrange.

I tried GW Elves and honestly it just feels like really budget counters company. So many games I'd be sitting around with Devoted Druids twiddling their thumbs. Sure it had the occasionally more explosive start, but folded far more easily to spot removal and really, I just kept thinking "why am I not just playing counters company if I want to be doing this"

So GB Elves it is. Shaman of the Pack MVP!

Cheers and thanks for all the advice so far!
