[Question] iPad stuck in respring mode with Jailbreak on, I think?

Whenever I click on JB in the electra app, it reboots/resprings and stays stuck on that. When I click my power off button I hear the lock sound, when I hold down the home button and power button I hear a screenshot sound. What do I do? It happened after downloading classicdock from coolstar's public repo..

EDIT : Siri seems to work too, so everything that I can do with hardware buttons work... It just seems to be stuck on the black background with white apple logo, where do I delete tweaks or reroll?
