Create DNS entry that points to different ports

I currently have a web UI for two different services on my network and I currently have to enter the port number in order to differentiate them. Can I make it so that option1.domain.com points to port 5000 while option2.domain.com points to port 6000?

Is this something that I would have to configure on Namecheap's side or on my local DNS servers?
