HELP! Looking for a film I saw clips of in a tech store

So a few years ago I watched these clips from a film with no audio in a tech store and it's driving me crazy. Alot of the clips were around a basketball court (?) They skateboarded or were cycling alot (I think) and I believe their was a romance between these 2 girls. They were like late teen age, probably a coming of age story.

I'm fully aware of the vagueness of this but it's a bit of a stab in the dark to see if anyone knows.

Thanks guys!
