Synology Moments Not Updating

Good afternoon,

Moments is not updating for me. I'm using a script (exiftool) to organize my /photos folder and then copy everything from 2018 into moments. The files are copied over, but moments never picks them up. I have re-indexed my folders a few times and that doesn't help either. Any ideas?
