Stats review at 50k hands
Edit: sorry this is full ring
Hi all, firstly thanks a lot for your time. I’ve been playing poker on and off from 2005/6 starting with free pub tournaments, and have played a decent amount of live in Sydney and a bit of online in the past. I was definitely one of those fish back in the day and I remember depositing $50/$100 at a time on Party Poker back in 05-08 or so and dropping it all at once!
Anyway, I invested in HM2 a couple of months ago and have just hit 50k hands at NL2. I was cruising at around 9bb/100 but hit a decent downswing as you can see in the results graph.
I would really appreciate some opinions/review of my stats :) Specifically I have identified the follow areas of concern and would be extremely thankful for some insight;
- I am obviously losing far too much from the BB and SB. Should I be 3betting more from SB? Should I be tightening my calling range up from the BB?
- Am I 3betting slightly too much from all positions? Should I be 3betting more like 9/10% from button and lower in earlier positions? I found it weird my 3bet from button is lower than all other positions.
- At 19.1/14.5 I am obviously flatting a bit much pre flop, and perhaps 19.1 is slightly too high. I’ve been playing suited aces from any position but have recently dropped all suited aces below AT (except A5s) from the first 3 positions.
- From what I’ve read, aggression should probably be a bit higher than my current 1.66 - am I perhaps not barrelling enough on the turn? Or at 41.2% maybe I am not folding to turn bets enough?
- I feel like my fold to 3bet at 40% is decent, or does this need to be tweaked?
- I feel like my WTSD and W$SD is ok, but perhaps I need to lower my WTSD?
- At 62.3% and 48% I feel my cbet and fold to cbet is within a decent range.
- How does 24.5%, 32.9%, and 38.7% steals from CO, Btn, and SB stack up? And in reference to my first question, should I be 3betting more from Btn vs CO steals?
Thanks so much again for your time and any responses to any questions would be appreciated.
Shane
