Detached Heads Everywhere

Is it just me or has anyone else been noticing people having detached heads. In particular I have noticed it when I’m trying to snipe someone sitting in a base they built. Their heads float like 2 ft above their bodies, which makes getting a headshot very difficult. Everyone sitting in a base suddenly becomes a giraffe.

Do I shoot the detached head, do I guess there their head is supposed to be? Anyone else experiencing this?
