[Help] What are some great ways to get my puppy socialized with other puppies/dogs?

I take my puppy (10 week old Border Collie) out to socialize with other people and dogs daily, but we don't come across a lot of dogs for an extended period of time. She gets all kinds of socialization with people, because I take her everywhere, but I feel like she doesn't get much time with other dogs.

I take her to Petco, and to this nice dog pantry and spa called four paws, and she does get to meet other dogs, but their humans have they're own stuff to do so they don't actually get to play or anything, just some sniffing and checking each other out and then on their way.

I also take her to a puppy socialization class that goes for an hour and usually has about 6 or 7 others puppies ranging from 8 weeks to 6 months. But one hour once a week plus occasionally sniffing other dogs doesn't really seem like it's ideally enough socialization.

What are some ways I can get my pup to actually meet a bunch of other puppies or dogs more frequently? I tried seeing if my local Petco has a puppy social but couldn't find anything.
