LL or Classic?

I am in 3* land and am very slowly starting to make my 4* transition. So I've been thinking of opening my LL tokens as I get more and more HP for rostering. When I start to dip into my CP, which is better to open, LL or Classic?

Classic is obviously cheaper, but with LL I have a better chance to open the 3 featured 5*'s. (I read that opening LL is the best way to champ 5* due to the increased rates for the featured 5*)
