Google Support Broke

My Pixel First Gen stopped working all of a sudden after a year of use, it stopped working just after warranty ran out. (my luck)

I look online, and many other pixel users have experienced this issue and their only option was to get google to replace it. So I asked Google Support if they could replace it, but the only thing I get is this message every 2 days.
