This is the influence of Islam in Belgium. Muslim children started showering with their underwear on the primary school I was on. They influenced other youth as the percentage of Muslim children in schools raised. One of the annoying side effects of this that they leave a pool of water in the changing room where they have been changing. Few of them bother to clean it after them. I always shower naked and so is everyone else but I train in a club with no muslims.
It would be nice if I was not accused of racism. I challenge you for another explanation for this phenomenon.
