Dota Plus could possible deter new players from the game

Discussion

First of I am not going to give any praise or criticism to the Dota Plus service in this post it is only going to about what I view as the most concerning part about it. So let us just image that you a new to Dota and you start it up for the first time and right there on the front page you see a £4 subscription, they aren't really going to know what it for but it will leave a bad impression. And then say they go to play their first game and in the bottom right corner of the screen is a small box that is blurred out that you cant view until you buy Dota Plus. In my opinion it would be enough to turn away a lot of people from the game. It is the sort of thing that FTP mobile games do before they try to sell you a £200 crate of gems. I think it would be better if it was done much more subtly without it seeming that whole parts of the game were being cut away for Dota Plus members only. It is now secret that Dota's player base isn't its highest ever and I feel that with all the recent changes made to make it a better experience for newer players this is a bit of a step back. This is just my two pence hopefully it can be helpful.
