What is the identity of the master and where does it say so?

On Wikipedia, The Vault, and Nukapedia it states that the master was born as Richard Moreau (he later renamed himself Richard Grey). I played both Fallout 1 & 2 in which I heard no mentions of Richard Moreau (only Grey). The wikis don't give any citation for were it says he was named Moreau. So, my question is this: In which quest/dialogue option/holodisk/ computer from Fallout 2 (not Fallout Bible) does it say that the Master was named Richard Moreau.

Edit: Nukepedia says that in Fallout 2, it was revealed that he was previously called Richard Moreau and was exiled from Vault City. There only situations are the Fallout Bible.
