Report Toxic Behavior / Mute Player

Can we please have either of these options mute the players chat inputs as well as their voice comms? I keep chat on because I don't always wear a headset in casual and use it to communicate with my team.

However, having to continue to see racist, and abusive text come out of a player after I muted them in game and reported them is rather annoying. Let us please mute their ability to send text to our chat windows at the same time if either of these options are selected.
