Looking for a cheap 24 inch 144hz 1080p monitor with good colors.

My entire life I have used IPS panels and have gotten pretty used to them. A while ago when I didn't now the difference between IPS and TN panels, I bought this super cheap monitor on sale that cost $67 dollars and was a TN 22 inch 1080p 60hz monitor. And I noticed the colors were really bad. After my experience I was scared to spend money on a TN panel even though it had 144hz. Any suggestions?
