Alessio De Luca - The Italian superstar - Chapter 6 - New club
Hello and welcome to the 6th chapter of Alessio De Luca and the 1st of the 2nd season, in chapter 5 I put out a poll about wether I should stay at Venezia or not and the winner of the poll was to leave, I decided that I would only consider clubs from the top 5 leagues and on the 24th of July, I got an offer from Fiorentina, De Luca will earn £45,000 a week there following an £18,000,000 transfer.
The first match of the season is against Cagliari, due to the lack of a pre season this is my first games since May.

The score remained that way as we lose to Lazio.
The next match is against Juventus away from home, this will be a very tough test for us.

Not much happened in the first half as we go into halftime level.
52 minutes in Simeone scores following a Chiesa cross, 1-0 Fiorentina.
The score remained that way as we win against Juventus.
The next match is against Torino at home, we have had a relatively inconsistent start to the season but we are definitely capable of a win here.

Overall this has been a mixed start to my career at Fiorentina, I have been in great form but at the same time we have really struggled for consistency, we are 10th in the league at the moment but I want European football next season wether it be through the league or cup and to reach that target, we need to consistently get positive results.
