Imagine it's 10 years from now and you've been assigned to hire a UW coop...
I was recently thinking about subcultures and realised that in a very real way this sub could count as one.
So I was wondering.....
Imagine you're in charge of hiring a UW coop to work on your team. How do you honestly think your behaviour/perception would change under the following situations:
-
You're going through a pile of resumes and on one you notice a subtle reference to "Thank Mr. Goose"
-
You're interviewing someone and they mention anything that suggests they browse(d) r/uwaterloo
Assume that anything you do arouses no suspicions from anyone.
Feel free to add any reflections you have about such a situation.
