What is a dream that has messed you up thoroughly?

Last night I had a dream in which I had terminal cancer, it was a horribly in depth and detailed dream about how it changed and affected mine and others lives. It destroyed my whole morning as I was walking around trying to get it out of my mind but couldn't. Has anyone else had a dream this impactful?
